

Richard Adams
Head of Creativity and Educational Strategy
Richard is a digital transformation leader with a deep love of and skill set in, creativity, ideation and transforming businesses using the inherent capabilities of emerging technologies. He has been at the cutting edge for over 20 years making a range of services from interactive TV entertainment, games, apps to latterly in big data, predictive systems, health, and culture. Richard has worked around the world in companies as diverse as the RSC, Proximus/Belgacom, Microsoft Studios, Aviva Health, BSkyB, BBC, and others.
A published cited author and public speaker, he has a documented passion for education. He is also a qualified teacher, founded a university department, held a Visiting Professorship, co-founded a college and has at some point taught at every level of the system from 7 to Ph.D. supervision. He is also a Senior Fellow at the University of Lincoln, an FRSA, a member of BAFTA and a member of the Society of Authors.
Charlotte Chedeville
Public Relations and Partnerships Manager
Charlotte is the Senior Project Manager of the Global Women in Leadership (WIL) Economic Forum. Committed to foster cross-cultural understanding and tear clichés apart, she works with private and public organizations to build bridges between communities and enact positive change through collective action.
Charlotte has extensive experience in communications, CSR and partnership-building across the Gulf, Asia and Europe
In October 2016, UN Women Canada recognized her as a Young Leader for Outstanding Contribution to Women’s Economic Empowerment. Since then, she has been working on a number of initiatives to promote inclusion and education. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, photography and writing.
Rachel Godin
Operations Manager
Rachel Godin is passionate about meeting niche education needs so that no student or dreamer is overlooked. She is passionate about contributing to programmes that give students the tools they need to solve major problems facing their respective cities and countries.
She holds an MA in International Politics and Human Rights from City University of London and a BSc in Broadcast Journalism from Kent State University. Her background consists of print and broadcast journalism, public relations, digital communications and advocacy leadership positions. As Operations Manager, Rachel focuses on information management, internal and external communications, organisation of expansion projects, assisting with research, and compiling reports for the PROWIBO education think tank.
Beyond her work in operations management with PROWIBO, she is passionate about transparency and accountable governance, comprehensive data protection, and actively promotes acceptance of LGBT+ and gender-nonconforming visibility worldwide. Rachel’s recent MA research analysed the current cyber governance regime, looking at the possibility of providing increased protection to human rights online in light of government and corporate corruption on all sides.
Yanoh Jalloh
Project Coordinator – SL
Yanoh was our Professor on Community Health and Model United Nations in Sierra Leone in summer 2017. She lives in New York City where she teaches at the New York Institute of Technology on community health. She has connections to Sierra Leone having worked for Helen Keller International in Freetown, Sustainable Development in Koinadugu, and research on ebola in the region. She holds a Master of Public Health from Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York. She is working with us on further developing our Sierra Leone program and creating opportunities for students.
Monique Varin
International Programs Manager
Monique holds a BA in Hotel Management from Ecole Hoteliere Lausanne, in Switzerland. She has worked around the world opening hotels and managing the PR strategy for large institutions and prominent individuals.An entrepreneur, Monique opened a restaurant and art gallery in Cape Town, South Africa. She is currently working with Professors Without Borders developing projects with key partners in Africa, Asia, and Europe.
Ena Vukovic
Project Manager and Team Leader – Uganda
Ena has been working as Project Manager for PROWIBO since January 2017. She holds an MA in Events Management from Ashdown Academy, and an MLitt in International Security Studies from the University of St Andrews as well as a BA in Public Relations with International Relations from Regent’s University London, She has work experience in events management, public relations, and social media, academic research, as well as NGO experience in Africa.
Ena led the team in Uganda where she also lectured in Global Politics. She is adept at managing an international team in difficult working environments. Currently, Ena is working on developing original research for the think tank, based on her experience teaching in Uganda.
Colin White
Social Media Coordinator and Project Manager – SL
Colin White is pursuing an M.A. in International Relations from Richmond, The American International University in London and holds a B.A. in International Studies from American University in Washington, DC. Colin currently lives in New York.
Colin was the first intern with Professors Without Borders and has remained an important part of the team managing marketing on social media, coordinating the logistics of our program in Sierra Leone and working with the directors on the growth of the organization.
Karen Zahorchak
Grant Coordinator
Karen has more than 20 years of experience in international education—designing, coordinating, and teaching with programs in Turkey, Lebanon, Nepal, China, Japan, Spain, Italy, and the U.S. Although specializing in tertiary-level academic writing, research, and critical analysis and in ESL, she has also created and led courses in intercultural, interpersonal, and business communication; environmental ethics; business ethics, sustainability, and corporate social responsibility; and film. As an editor, she has devoted much of the past 13 years to polishing the work of researchers and scholars in the “hard” and social sciences, the humanities, and the arts. Deeply committed to community development and social justice issues, she is especially interested in initiatives supporting global equity in terms of access to formal educational opportunities.
She currently works with Professors Without Borders in researching, writing, and coordinating grants and contributing to the work of the think tank.
Kola Adeyoola
Grant Writer – West Africa
Mr. Adeyoola is seasoned professional working in business development and digital banking for 8 years. Based in Sierra Leone with his family, he has been working with Access Bank Ltd. to help bring e-commerce and financial inclusion to the central bank of Sierra Leone. Kola holds a BSc in Electronic Engineering from Olabisi Onabanjo University in Nigeria. Mr. Adeyoola is a grant writer helping us secure funding for our programs in Sierra Leone and future program in the West Africa region.
